Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible at info@luxehausoutlet.com. Once the order has been processed, we can no longer cancel it.
How much do you charge for shipping?

Can I return the items?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. After this period, a return is unfortunately no longer possible. For more details, please see our refund policy.
Can I exchange the item?
If you would like to exchange an item, please first send us an email at info@luxehausoutlet.com and specify which product you are referring to and the reason you would like to exchange it. An exchange is possible within 30 days of receiving the goods and only applies to unworn items in their original condition.
