Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing any reasons. After this period, a return is unfortunately no longer possible. To initiate the return process, please first contact us at info@luxehausoutlet.com. We are happy to assist you with the return and refund. A requirement for a return is that the item is unused and returned in the same condition in which you received it – including the original packaging. As a customer, you bear the costs of the return.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, a refund will be processed. The corresponding amount will be automatically credited to the payment method used for the order within 7 days.
Delayed or no refund
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company – it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed. If you have already taken all these steps and still have not received a refund, please send us an email at info@luxehausoutlet.com.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please send us an email as soon as possible at info@luxehausoutlet.com. Once your order is being processed, unfortunately, a cancellation is no longer possible.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, please first send us an email at info@luxehausoutlet.com and specify which product it is and why you would like to exchange it. An exchange is possible within 30 days of receiving the goods and only applies to unworn items in their original condition. We will assist you with the process and ensure that you receive what you wish for.
Wrong or damaged items
Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? We are very sorry for the inconvenience – but don't worry, we will ensure that you receive the correct item as soon as possible. Please first take a photo of the problem and send it to us via email so that we can find a solution.
