• Shipping of the order: 4-7 business days (Monday - Friday)

Shipping costs

We do not charge you for shipping, regardless of your order value.

Ordering process

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have started processing your order. Normally, we need 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) to prepare your order for shipping. Once we ship your package, you will receive the tracking link in your inbox and can keep a close eye on it. You can then expect an additional 4-7 business days (Monday - Friday) for shipping.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please send us an email as soon as possible at info@luxehausoutlet.com. Once your order is being processed, unfortunately, a cancellation is no longer possible.

Delayed packages

It is possible, although unusual, that your package may experience some delay (especially during peak shopping times). We apologize for this, but please be patient and give us a little more time. We ask you to regularly check your tracking link to find out the current status of your package.

Wrong or damaged items

Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? We are very sorry for the inconvenience – but don't worry, we will ensure that you receive the correct item as soon as possible. Please first take a photo of the problem and send it to us via email so that we can find a solution.
