Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible at info@luxehausoutlet.com. Once the order has been processed, we can no longer cancel it.

Can I return the items?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. After this period, returns are unfortunately no longer possible. For further details, please see our Refund Policy.

Can I exchange the item?

If you wish to exchange an item, please first send us an email at info@luxehausoutlet.com stating which product it concerns and the reason for the exchange. An exchange is possible within 30 days of receipt of the goods and applies only to unworn items in their original condition.
