Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. After this period, a return is unfortunately no longer possible. To initiate the return process, please first contact us at info@luxehausoutlet.com. We are happy to assist you with the return and refund. A condition for a return is that the item is unused and returned in the same condition in which you received it – including the original packaging. As a customer, you bear the cost of the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, a refund will be processed. The corresponding amount will be automatically credited to the payment method used for the order within 7 days.
Delayed or missing refund
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company – it may take a few business days for the refund to be posted. If you have already taken all these steps and still have not received a refund, please send us an email at info@luxehausoutlet.com.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please send us an email as soon as possible at info@luxehausoutlet.com. Once your order is being processed, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please first send us an email at info@luxehausoutlet.com stating which product it concerns and the reason for the exchange. An exchange is possible within 30 days of receiving the goods and applies only to unworn items in their original condition. We will assist you with the process and ensure you receive what you desire.
Wrong or damaged items
Have you received a wrong or damaged item? We are very sorry for the inconvenience – but do not worry, we will make sure you receive the correct item as soon as possible. Please first take a photo of the problem and send it to us by email so that we can find a solution.
