Shipping Policy
Important Information:
- Order cut-off time: 12:00 noon
- Order processing: 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday)
- Order shipping: 4-7 working days (Monday - Friday)
- Free shipping for every order
Shipping Costs
We do not charge you any shipping fees, regardless of your order value.
Ordering Process
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have started processing your order. Usually, it takes 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday) to prepare your order for shipping. Once we send your package, you will receive the tracking link in your inbox and can keep a close watch on it. Afterwards, you can expect another 4-7 working days (Monday - Friday) for shipping.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please write to us as soon as possible at info@luxehausoutlet.com. Once your order is being processed, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
Delayed Packages
It is possible, though unusual, that your package experiences some delay (especially during peak shopping times). We are sorry for this, but please be patient and allow us a little more time. We ask you to check your tracking link regularly to learn the current status of your package.

Wrong or Damaged Items
Have you received a wrong or damaged item? We are very sorry for the inconvenience – but don’t worry, we will make sure you receive the correct item as soon as possible. Please first take a photo of the problem and send it to us by email so that we can find a solution.
